The price for registration includes accommodation, full board for the three full days (and a dinner reception on the first day) as well as costs for the main coffee breaks etc.

It also includes the conference fee which takes care of all logistical costs and also will in part contribute towards bursaries to enable participants to be present who would otherwise be unable to take part due to financial constraints.

All participants are obliged to be present for the full duration of the gathering – arriving on 17^th and departing on 21^st and we require all participants to lodge in the conference accommodation as a vital part of the gathering’s purposes will be achieved through the sharing of meals and informal discussions each day.

The official program for Assisi 2012 itself begins later in the day on 17^th and runs through to the end of the evening on Friday 20^th. (If you require accommodation outside of these dates, it is possible the official Assisi 2012 venues can accommodate you but you will be responsible for booking and paying for these days yourself).

Because of limited space only full conference participants can be accommodated.

However, if you accept to share a room, partners may be accommodated but the venue charges per person and not per room so obviously they will have to be registered in the normal fashion and you should send their payment without delay and name and email address to registration@assisi2012.com

The only discount possible for partners who play no role in the conference at all will be the conference registration fee of 105 Euros.
